Our commentary
We were actually told by someone that this one was hilly! It's relatively flat compared with some hillier or more undulating parkruns we have done. There were a few very short sharp inclines but nothing too challenging.
This is a great coastal line run with the amazing Flint Castle at the start and finish line.
This is an out-and-back course with a mix of terrains but mostly gravel / woodland. A lot of the time you are sheltered in tree lineed paths, which for us today was great to sheltuer us from the wind. The course marshals did a great job of marking out any potential branches and roots as they spray them bright pink!
This course is very narrow at the start and has around 800m of no overtaking; because of that, they ask you to line up next to your estimated finish times, and they walk you over to the start line. A much safer way to start off with a tight start.
